Imereti residents are promised to move to Nekrasovskoe till May 2010

All the new residents of Nekrasovskoe village located in the Imereti Lowland of Sochi will get their new houses by May 2010. This was promised by Alexander Saurin, vice-governor of the Krasnodar Territory, who is supervising preparations to Olympiad-2014 in Sochi.

"It's planned to allot 112 land plots in Nekrasovskoe, 7 hundredths of a hectare each, and resettle residents from the coastal area of Imereti Valley there. Family cottages will be built in the land plots," Mr Saurin has assured.

"Houses will be delivered to owners on the 'turn-key' basis, with nicely furnished territory around the house, all utilities connected and road infrastructure in place. Every house will have an individual boiler. However, I'd like to note that not only houses are the point: we plan to create all the required modern social sites: the village will have a kindergarten, a caf? and a church," the website "Yuga.Ru" quotes the "Olympic" vice-governor. It is planned to start lodging first houses in December 2009; and by next May the resettling will be over.
