Expert group meeting on Georgian-Osetian conflict settlement started in Netherlands
The 10th expert group meeting of plenipotentiary delegations within the framework of the negotiation process on the full-scale settlement of the Georgian-Osetian conflict opened in the Hague suburb (the Netherlands) on October 14.
The meeting is being held through the mediation of the Russian Federation.
As the Russian Foreign Ministry informs, the Russian party confirms its adherence to the peaceful settlement of the Georgian-Osetian conflict and readiness to contribute to the renewal of trust between Georgia and South Osetia and to the political settlement of the conflict.
The meeting is to last till October 17.
It should be reminded that South Osetia has actual independence from Tbilisi and seeks to become a part of Russia.
