Azerbaijan journalist has been concealed by police for seven days

In the evening of October 21, "Avropa" newspaper editor Azer Garachenli was set free. His destiny had remained unknown for 7 day, since October 15, when he had been seen for the last time near the Musavat Party headquarters at night.

As it became known, Azer Garachenli had been kept for all this time in a ward of one of the police stations in Baku's Banagadinsky district. He was in a 2 seater cell along with other 13 arrested participants of the latest events in Baku.

7 Azerbaijan journalists are still under arrest, including Safar Gumbatov, another journalist of the Yeni Musavat newspaper arrested on October 21.
