91 per cent of Russians find it possible that events similar to hostage taking in theatre center on Dubrovka will be repeated

These data are the result of a public poll held on the eve of the anniversary of the tragedy in Moscow.

37% of poll participants believe hostages died because special services used gas when storming the theater center; 26% blame terrorists for the loss of people. 20% pointed out that medical aid for victims was untimely. However, over a half of the poll participants ? 63% - give positive assessment of the authorities? actions.

129 people died and about 700 were injured in the happening on October 23-26, 2002, in the Dubrovka theater center, Moscow.

    Law enforcers have conducted a search of the home of Tatiana Polivanova, an activist, and her family members in Taganrog in connection with a fraud case with land plots of the Sochi National Park. The Polivanova's organization provided legal assistance to dozens of gardeners whose plots were seized by the court within this case.
