People began coming to School No. 1 in Beslan since early in the morning; and before the first ring at 9:15 a.m. over 2500 persons gathered in the school yard. Taimuraz Mamsurov, head of North Ossetia, Larissa Khabitsova, chair of the parliament, Nikolai Khlyntsov, chairman of the government, and many republic's officials came to commemorate the victims.

This year there are much more people than last year; and the flow of people to the school does not run low. The visitors do not try to hide tears; ambulances are on duty, the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent reports.

Guests from Croatia and Abkhazia came to express solidarity with the terror victims.

Also today, members of the European Parliament will come to North Ossetia. They plan to meet the victims of the terror act. In particular, Ella Kesaeva, head of the All-Russian Public Organization "Voice of Beslan", said that the European MPs will hear how the investigation of the Beslan terror act is advancing, and what help the victims need.

Ms Kesaeva also said that her organization brought an action against A. Khalin, head of the investigatory group in charge of investigating the Beslan terror act, for his inadequate, in their opinion, investigatory actions and restrictions imposed on victims' access to documents of forensic-medical examinations.
