Persons involved in Vladikavkaz terror act established

As reported today by Alexander Khloponin, Plenipotentiary of Russian President in the North-Caucasian Federal District (NCFD), the persons Involved in the terror act in Vladikavkaz had been established. According to his story, "the investigation has moved rather far."

"The persons involved in committing the terror act in Vladikavkaz are established. They lead to serious groupings engaged in committing acts of terrorism," Mr Khloponin said in Sochi, the ITAR-TASS reports.

Oleg Yatskov, head of the FSB Department for North Ossetia, said today that the September 9 terror act will be solved. "The work is underway to solve this crime, and I'm sure it will be solved. At least, we are sure, together with the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA), Investigatory Committee and the Prosecutor's Office, that we'll solve it," said Mr Yatskov.

As one of the precautions against terror acts in the future, he offered to move all the marketplaces outside Vladikavkaz. "With the MIA head, we raise the issue of removing all the public marketplaces out of the territory of Vladikavkaz. I understand that it's a complex variant, but still it's one of variants," Mr Yatskov said at his meeting with students of the North-Ossetian University, the ITAR-TASS reports.

Speaking about the marketplace, where the terror act was committed, he has noted that today the place is open, but no cars are admitted there.
