Militia: Oleg Mizov made self-blowing at DFSB division in Nartkala
The law enforcement bodies have reported that they managed to identify the terrorist-suicide bomber, who shelled on September 24 the building of the local division of the Department of the FSB (Federal Security Bureau of Russia) and then blew himself up at the building of the security service in the city of Nartkala in Kabardino-Balkaria: it was Oleg Mizov, who was earlier in search.
The explosion in Nartkala happened in the morning on September 24. According to power agencies, it was committed by a suicide bomber. It became known later that the explosion was preceded by a skirmish; the attacker tried to disappear. None of the militiamen suffered.
"Militiamen managed to identify the terrorist who blew himself up at the security service building in Nartkala last Friday. It was a certain Oleg Mizov, a Nartkala resident, who was searched," the law enforcement bodies of Kabardino-Balkaria report.
The casualty was suspected of committing a number of terror crimes, as reported by the "Interfax" with reference to a source in law enforcement bodies of Kabardino-Balkaria."
