"Amtsakhara" movement raises question of Vladislav Ardzinba's dismissa
Activists of the Abkhazian public and political movement "Amtsakhara", which unites participants in the armed conflict of 1992-1993 in Abkhazia, raise a question of Vladislav Ardzinba's dismissal.
While meeting with deputies of the Abkhazian parliament the other day, representatives of "Amtsakhara" put a question of Vladislav Ardzinba's capability and demanded that ways should be found till mid-December to dismiss him by constitutional means and to call on a new election of the head of the self-proclaimed republic.
One of the leaders of "Amtsakhara", Vitaly Tarnava, stated, "It is possible that a new war will begin in the near future. Against such a background, to wait till Ardzinba's presidential term is expired in October 2004 means to jeopardize Abkhazia's security."
