The schoolboy has demanded from the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF) to identify and punish the guilty persons. Georgy Sveshnikov claims that he did not commit any crime.

On June 23, Georgy Sveshnikov was charged with a theft from a store, advocate Boris Tselenko told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.

According to advocate Boris Tselenko, Georgy Sveshnikov was interrogated as a defendant, and in the interrogation report, in his answers to the investigator's questions, the schoolboy noted that he was not guilty, that he did not commit any crime, that he did not give evidence as a suspect, that he did not read a related protocol, but signed it on the advice of an on duty appointed advocate.
