Sermon of adviser to Kadyrov is in line with Imams' involvement in recruiting

Adam Shakhidov, the advisor to the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, on religious matters, has recorded a video sermon, during which he disclosed the participation of republic's residents in the special operation in Ukraine from the religious viewpoint, Ramzan Kadyrov informed on his Telegram channel.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on June 16, sources informed that Chechen authorities had involved Imams in recruiting locals to work in law enforcement bodies.

"The fight against Iblis henchmen must be waged by Muslims always and everywhere; and even the most ardent religious sceptics can't argue with this postulate," Kadyrov wrote in the description to the video.

In the video footage, Adam Shakhidov proclaimed that the Russian Federation is a common home for many nations.

"In his appeals, our leader [Ramzan Kadyrov] has repeatedly stated that if the state allows us to observe religious prescriptions, open mosques, schools and talk about the truth, then we are obliged to protect its territory and interests," Mr Shakhidov has stated, adding that if Western countries threaten Russia's security, it means that they threaten the security of Chechnya, since it is part of Russia, he has added.

Among threats that come from Western countries he has listed atheism, LGBT people, destruction of the institution of family and calls for the rejection of all the natural things.
