The Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) for Northern Caucasus plans to purchase 3000 mobile fences for mass events, and the initial price of the tender is 13.2 million roubles.

The description of the procurement object states that the Russian MIA for Northern Caucasus plans to purchase 3000 mobile fences with a height of at least 150 centimetres and a length of at least 250 centimetres. It is noted that the fences will be used during mass events, for marking parking lots, fencing construction sites, and blocking the entrance to the territory.

The police also detained journalists. Human rights defenders reported about dozens of criminal cases instituted after the protest actions.
