Taganrog: chairman of Muslim organization fined for illegal missionary work

A court in Taganrog has found Magomed Kebedov, the head of the "Ikhlas" local Muslim religious organization, guilty of illegal missionary activities and fined him by 5000 roubles.

The website of the Taganrog City Court of the Rostov Region has states that the local Muslim religious organization of the city of Taganrog named "Ikhlas" invited one man to take part in the "training process in Islamic canons." He was also given a religious pamphlet. It is indicated that the organization held services in a residential building.
