Attempts on militiamen and Sheikh Said-Apandi Tsirkeisky are prevented In Dagestan
In Dagestan, a diversion grouping has been neutralized, who prepared an attempt on the employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and religious figures. The members of the grouping were preparing attempts on the prominent religious figure of Dagestan - Sheikh Said-Apandi Tsirkeisky and employees of the power agencies of the Republic.
The operation on detention of eight members of the grouping was held in Makhachkala from October 26 to November 1, the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent was informed at the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Dagestan.
The detainees have already admitted their plans to murder the outstanding religious figure of Dagestan - Sheikh Said-Apandi Tsirkeiski, and Nabi Akhadov, head of the expert's criminalistic centre of Dagestan.
The investigation is underway. No surnames and details of detention are disclosed yet.
