Dieter Boden denies support of Abkhazian independence

German diplomat Dieter Boden has categorically rejected the "Spiegel" magazine information and assured Georgian journalists that he gave no interview to the German edition about his support of recognition of Abkhazia's independence.

On May 13, the "Spiegel" published an interview with Mr Boden, in which the latter had allegedly asked a question: "Is it lawful to refuse Abkhazians of what Kosovo residents have already received?"

The "Caucasian Knot" correspondent informs that Dieter Boden has emphasized that he certainly supports the territorial integrity of Georgia and sticks to exclusively peaceful way of settling the Georgian-Abkhazian conflict.
