In Ingushetia, according to the preliminary information, three persons were killed, including Bekkhan Soltukiev, Mikail Cherbizhev, and Khasan Khatsiev. This was reported by a source from the law enforcement agencies. According to the National Antiterrorism Committee (NAC), the killed men were involved in attacks on law enforcers.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that today, in the Psedakh village, law enforcers killed four suspected militants blocked in a house during a counterterrorist operation (CTO).

"We are talking about Bekkhan Soltukiev, the leader of the Malgobek militant grouping, Mikail Cherbizhev, a member of the grouping, and also Khasan Khatsiev, a resident of the Cossack village of Assinovskaya in the Sunzha District of Chechnya, who was also a member of the militant grouping," the TASS quotes a source from the law enforcement agencies as reporting.

Bekkhan Soltukiev, Mikail Cherbizhev, Khasan Khatsiev, and also Magomed Bekbuzarov were put on the wanted list on suspicion of involvement in the killing of inspectors from the road-and-patrol service (known as DPS) in Malgobek on April 8. According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA), Bekkhan Soltukiev was involved in the killing of Akhmed Kotiev, Secretary of the Security Council of Ingushetia, and was among the organizers of the explosion at the funeral of a staff member of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) in the village of Sagopshi in August 2012. Khasan Khatsiev was accused of attacking a field investigator from the ROVD (District Interior Division) for the Sunzha District on December 24, 2013.

"In March, members of the militants grouping shelled from a grenade launcher a building of the FSB Department in Malgobek. In April, they shelled and killed two DPS inspectors, and in May, they attacked a 'Malgobek' police checkpoint," reported the NAC as quoted by the RIA "Novosti".
