Authorities of Shamil District report about death of a sailor in Ukraine

Magomednur Kuramagomedov, a military man of the Caspian Flotilla, a native of the village of Assab, perished in Ukraine, the administration of the Shamil District reported. Since the beginning of the special military operation in Ukraine, the information about at least 87 perished natives of Dagestan has been officially confirmed.

The “Caucasian Knot” has reported that Senior Sergeant Saddam Seiranov from the Rutul District of Dagestan perished in Ukraine.

During the special military operation in Ukraine, Magomednur Kuramagomedov, a 24-year-old native of the village of Assab in the Shamil District. He graduated from the cadet corps in Makhachkala and then from the nautical school in Astrakhan. Since 2018, he served in the airborne assault squadron of the Marine Corps of the Caspian Flotilla. “Magomednur Kuramagomedov was posthumously recommended to be awarded with the Order of Courage,” the administration of the Shamil District reported on its Telegram channel.
