Accusation of militaries in satanism turns into administrative protocol against Kuban resident

Mark Eroshenko, a resident of Slavyansk-on-Kuban, called the Russia's leadership and the "world government" "satanic," accusing the military draft commission of using "satanic rites."

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on March 4, 2022, liability for discrediting the Russian Army was introduced into the Russian criminal and administrative law. Residents of Russian regions, including Kuban (the Krasnodar Territory), began to be prosecuted under the new article. It provides for the maximum punishment for citizens as a fine of up to 50,000 roubles, but a repeated violation within a year threatens already with criminal prosecution.

Mark Eroshenko, while at the military commissariat (registration and enlistment office), called the leadership of Russia "satanic", refused to donate blood and accused the draft commission of using "satanic rites," the "Kavkaz.Realii"* project reports. The police have treated the Eroshenko's statement as discrediting the Russian Army.

  • Compensation decrease for illegal prosecution violates rights of KBR resident

The court ruling, which awarded Madin Gubzhokov compensation of 30,000 roubles for unlawful criminal prosecution, is incomparable with the moral harm caused by the actions of Azamat Kyaov, a former law enforcer.
