Journalist Ksenia Sobchak tells about Kadyrov's warning not to write about his family

Ksenia Sobchak has stated that after her publications that Ramzan Kadyrov's son had beaten up Nikita Zhuravel, a Volgograd resident, who had burned the Koran down, at the SIZO (pre-trial prison), the head of Chechnya called her and warned her not to write about his family members.

Earlier, in her Telegram channel, Ms Sobchak called on law enforcers to investigate Adam Kadyrov's actions.

Marina Akhmedova and Eva Merkacheva, members of the Human Rights Council, have noted that by posting the video of his son beating up Zhuravel and approving this act, Kadyrov has demonstrated disdain for Russian laws.

Ksenia Sobchak wrote in her Telegram channel that Ramzan Kadyrov called her and demanded that she not make publications that deal with his family members.

"I'm allowed to write anything about him, but not about his family; this was a warning," she recounted the words of the head of Chechnya.

Ms Sobchak has also noted that Kadyrov suggested that she contact law enforcement bodies, and that if the court finds Adam Kadyrov guilty, he will suffer the punishment provided for by law.

Let us remind you that earlier the actions of Kadyrov's son were approved by the people close to Kadyrov, including his advisor, Adam Delimkhanov.
