The Surgut City Court reports on its official website that in October, the court fined Marina Lolokhaeva 30,000 roubles under the administrative article on discrediting the Russian Armed Forces for the image of balloons in the colours of the Ukrainian flag and a pacifist inscription on a social network. Several days earlier, Marina Lolokhaeva had been fined 40,000 roubles under the same article on discrediting the Russian Armed Forces for a post on a social network in which the woman expressed her support for Ukraine and compared the special military operation (SMO) in Ukraine to World War II. At both court hearings, Marina Lolokhaeva pleaded guilty.
