Former inhabitants of Bella temporary accommodation center are considered to have been left for Chechnya
Chechen refugees who lived in the Bella tent camp before October 2003 and then, after the forced liquidation of this temporary accommodation center, were moved to the Satsita camp, have not yet been put on the lists of inhabitants of this camp.
Public Council members of the former Bella camp have got information that, according to documents, these refugees (about 200 families) are considered to have been left for Chechnya. It is a likely reason for not registering the former Bella inhabitants in the new camp so far.
