Case of attempt on Sulim Yamadayev to be tried in Dubai late in August

The first court session on the case of attempt on Sulim Yamadayev, Hero of Russia, ex-commander of GRU special-purpose battalion "Vostok", committed on March 28 this year in the United Arab Emirates, is to be held in the criminal court of Dubai on August 31. Makhdi Lorniya, personal groom of Ramzan Kadyrov, citizen of Iran, and resident of Tadzhikistan Maksudzhon Ismatov will be tried.

A member of the Yamadayev clan has told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that Moscow's investigating officers who are in charge of the case of Khalid's murder (Ruslan Yamadayev) and attempt on Isa, just like Dubai police, are not in a hurry to disclose the name of the organizer, although it is a very important question.

"There is one more thing which is not clear in the case of attempt on Sulim in Dubai. Adam Delimkhanov who is in the international wanted list continues to work in the Russian State Duma and has been even appointed by Ramzan Kadyrov coordinator and commander of special operations against militants in Chechnya and Ingushetia as if he were an important functionary of power authorities", says Yamadayev's relative.

He also points out to the fact that the Kimayev brothers, also in the international wanted list on the case of attempt on Sulim Yamadayev, openly live in the village of Dzhalka, Gudermes district, Chechnya. "They have suddenly become rich and drive expensive foreign-make cars. While Delimkhanov enjoys inviolability of a deputy, why these people are not detained by the Russia's law enforcement agencies and extradited to Dubai for trial? This is totally unclear", says our interlocutor.
