Exactly the reasons of such a heavy situation were discussed at the round table, as a result of which the resolution "Administrative Barriers Preventing the Development of Small-Scale Enterprise in Krasnodar Territory" was adopted. This document enumerates the most painful points of the contiguity between small-scale enterprise and power structures, and proposes concreted measures for the protection of businessmen's interests both on the local and federal levels.
