Yamadaevs did not officially announce blood feud to Kadyrov
A source of the "Caucasian Knot" in Chechnya, close to the family of Sulim Yamadaev, former commander of the "Vostok" special battalion of Russian GRU (Main Intelligence Directorate of Russian General Staff), has stated that Yamadaevs did not send anybody to Kadyrovs with a mission to declare blood feud.
"Yamadaevs didn't send any people to Kadyrov," the source of the "Caucasian Knot" asserts. However, he does not deny that Yamadaev, not Sulim, but his younger brother Isa, could telephone the mullah of Tsentoroy village. According to the source, the mullah himself sticks to this opinion, since "should Sulim be alive, he could have telephoned by himself, and not only to mullah."
The source has added that fatalism has ever been Yamadaev brothers' distinctive feature. "They're all sure they will all perish and have no fear to this end. They're only afraid of captivity and everything related to it. They remember the way they treated those in their hands; and they know no other treatment," he said.
