Tbilisi refutes messages about shelling South Ossetia
The news about bombardment of Disev village, Tskhinvali District of South Ossetia, from the Georgian party is not true. This was stated by Vladimir Dzhugeli, head of the chief territorial department of the internal affairs of the Georgian frontier region Shida Kartli.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on the eve, on October 3, the Ministry of Defence of South Ossetia reported that fire was opened from the Georgian side on Disev village.
"Shooting started right in Disev village itself. Such facts are rather frequent in the occupied territory. And later, when they start searching those guilty, they accuse the Georgian party," the "News-Georgia" quotes Mr Dzhugeli.
The "Georgia Today" adds that neither party presents any proofs of the shelling.
The previous incident of this sort was registered on September 30. Then, South Ossetia and Georgia also accused each other of shelling.
