Kadyrov replaces Tkachov in citation rank of bloggers-governors

The head of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov has topped the citation rating of bloggers-governors this February; the rating is based on the study conducted by the "Medialogy" Company. The top ten positions also include the heads of two more regions of Southern Russia – Alexander Tkachov, the governor of the Krasnodar Territory; and Alexander Zhilkin, the governor of the Astrakhan Region.

According to the report of the "Medialogy", the citation index of Ramzan Kadyrov made 14.22. The head of Chechnya has improved his position in the ranking by climbing two places up. As noted by the authors of the study, this was due to the fact that Kadyrov has opened an account in the Instagram, where he posted more than 70 photos and personally comments on the entries of the readers. The explanation to the rating says that in just a couple of days the Instagram site of the politician gathered over four thousand subscribers.

The leading three positions in the rating are occupied also by the governors of the Chelyabinsk and Novgorod Regions Mikhail Yurevich and Sergey Mitin.

Alexander Zhilkin has hit the "Top-20" for the first time and immediately took the fourth place of the ranking with the citation index of 6.23.

Alexander Tkachov, who was the leader in January 2013, dropped in February to the ninth position and has the citation index of 2.99.
