One of the persons detained for desecration of the Eternal Flame in Astrakhan arrested for a month’s term

One more person out of those detained for extinguishing the Eternal Flame in Astrakhan memorial complex “Bratsky Sad” was arrested. He was sentenced to one month of arrest and is currently in the investigative isolation ward, the Ministry of Interior Affairs of Astrakhan region reported.

Earlier, the “Caucasian Knot” informed that the police in Astrakhan detained five young men who put out the Eternal Flame on the common grave at night of February, 23. All the five young men turned out natives of Dagestan. Three of the detainees were taken into custody at once and two underage were released. On February, 25, the court sentenced both of them to 13 days of administrative arrest.

“The most active delinquent was arrested for a term of one month within the framework of the criminal case”, “Interfax” quotes an official of Press Service of the Ministry of Interior Affairs of Astrakhan region.

The arrested person is currently in the investigative isolation ward No 2 of Astrakhan, “Astrakhan FM” referring to the Ministry reports.
