Hanged detainee found in IVS of Rostov Regional MIA

Today, a man, suspected of committing a grave crime, was found hanged in the temporary detention facility (known as IVS) of the MIA of the Rostov Region.

According to the MIA, today, in the IVS of the Miller District, policemen "found a detainee who committed suicide by hanging."

"Policemen immediately began rendering the man, born in 1979, medical help and called an ambulance; however, the suspect died before doctors arrived. Earlier, the man was brought to the above IVS as a suspect of committing an especially grave crime," says the statement posted on the website of the MIA of the Rostov Region.

The statement gives neither the name of the man, nor the crime, on suspicion of committing which he had been detained.
