Ruslan Kazanokov chairs Government of Karachay-Cherkessia

MPs of Karachay-Cherkessia have approved Ruslan Kazanokov for the post of the Prime Minister of the Karachay-Cherkessian Republic (KChR). The decision was made unanimously at the 14th session of the National Assembly of Karachay-Cherkessia held on September 8.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on August 27, Rashid Temrezov, the head of Karachay-Cherkessia, signed a decree on the resignation of the republic's Government chaired by its Chairman Murat Kardanov.
