In Sochi, Court repeatedly dismisses Saveliev family's complaint against law enforcers
The Adler District Court of Sochi has dismissed for the third time the complaint filed by the Saveliev family members, who see the police's failure to act in the refusal to check the arguments of the complaint stating that the Saveliev family members fell victim to corruption and fraud.
In December 2012, the Saveliev family members were evicted from the barrack, in which they lived in Acacia Street. The very house was demolished because of the construction of the M-27 highway. According to Lyudmila Savelieva, the head of the family, after the demolition of the house, the family of five members, including two minor children, did not receive any compensation or housing. On February 23, the Saveliev family members occupied one of the empty houses in the village for the Olympic settlers in Sochi. On March 17, the Road Management Department "Chernomorye" filed a claim to evict the Saveliev family members from the house occupied by them in the village for the Olympic settlers in Sochi. On April 17, the court granted the claim.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on June 15, 2015, the Saveliev family members appealed to the Sochi Prosecutor with a complaint stating that they fell victim to corruption and fraud. The Saveliev family members have filed already three complaints to the court about the inaction of the law enforcement bodies.
On October 2, the Adler Court dismissed the complaint again, the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent reports.
Lyudmila Savelieva has announced her intention to file a complaint against the judge, who stopped the consideration of their third complaint, to the Chairman of the Russian Supreme Court and the President of the Russian Federation.
