Djalaldinov prepared complaint to Bastrykin about threats received from Chechen power agents

Ramazan Djalaldinov, a resident of the Chechen village of Kenkhi, who criticized the authorities, asks Alexander Bastrykin, the head of the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF), in his appeal to check several officials of the of Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) in Chechnya. Djalaldinov claims that he was forced to leave his village after receiving threat from them, the "Dozhd" (Rain) TV Channel reports.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on November 7 it became known from Djalaldinov's relatives and fellow villagers that he had disappeared. On November 10, Djalaldinov informed Svetlana Gannushkina, the head of the "Civil Assistance" Committee, that he had left the village after receiving threats from power agents.

The Djalaldinov's defence asks investigators to check policemen's actions on the articles of a threat to kill and abuse of power.

According to the Djalaldinov's statement, on November 2, a high-ranking police officer threatened him and his wife, and demanded to give him the video records of his address to the authorities.

The claims to Djalaldinov were also linked with his contacts with Elena Milashina, a journalist of the "Novaya Gazeta". According to Djalaldinov, they gave him examples of the deaths of Yamadaev brothers, Anna Politkovskaya and Boris Nemtsov; they asked him if he was not afraid to share their fate.

Thereafter, they took away from Djalaldinov, his wife and his son Magomedakhabi their passports, as well as the man's mobile phone.
