After detentions in Tsotsi-Yurt, Kadyrov replaces head of Kurchaloi District

On January 10, at a sitting in Kurchaloi, the republic's head Ramzan Kadyrov presented Ali Abdulaev, the new head of the administration of the Kurchaloi District. Kadyrov also reported the detention in the village of Tsotsi-Yurt of the Kurchaloi District of young people, who were preparing a series of grave crimes.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on September 7, 2016, the Kurchaloi District was headed by Magomed-Khabi Ibragimov, since his predecessor, Aslanbek Aidamirov, ran for the republic's MP at elections of September 18, 2016.

Ali Abdulaev is a native of the village of Alleroy, the Kurchaloi District; in 2005-2013, he worked as the district prefect. He left the post of the head of the district administration after being elected an MP of Chechnya in September 2013, the administration reports.

The appointment of Ali Abdulaev to the post of the head of the district is also reported in Kadyrov's Instagram, where he also writes about the detention in Tsotsi-Yurt of a group of young people, who had plotted a series of crimes. Kadyrov has noted that weapons, explosives and ammunition were confiscated from them.
