Advocate claims theft of documents in Boris Nemtsov's case

Today, at the beginning of the court hearing in the case of the Boris Nemtsov's murder, Zaurbek Sadakhanov, a lawyer of defendant Khamzat Bakhaev, has reported that unidentified criminals broke a window in his car and stole a bag and all the documents in the case, reports the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that Boris Nemtsov was killed on February 27, 2015, in Moscow. The defendants in his murder case are Zaur Dadaev, brothers Anzor and Shagid Gubashev, Tamerlan Eskerkhanov and Khamzat Bakhaev. Investigators consider Ruslan Mukhudinov, the driver of Ruslan Geremeev, to be both the customer and the organizer of the murder; Geremeev himself figures in the case as a witness. Advocates of the family of the slain politician insist that Geremeev must be charged.

According to Zaurbek Sadakhanov, the criminals stole a hard drive with all the information in the case and the audio record of all the court hearings.

The advocate has reported that he filed a complaint to the police, which began a pre-investigation check.

"I believe that an act of robbery is directly connected with the criminal case and my active position," added Zaurbek Sadakhanov as quoted by the RIA "Novosti".
