Semenchuk, Alexander Fyodorovich
Politician, retired colonel.
Born July 15, 1950, in the village of Zhadeny, Pruzhansky County, Byelorussia.
In 1972, graduated from Tashkent Higher General Army Commandment College named after V.I. Lenin; in 1982, graduated form Military Political Academy named after V.I. Lenin. Until 1992, served at command and political positions in Far-East and Byelorussian Military Districts.
In 1992-1993, was the head of the Citizens' Social Protection Sector of the Supreme Council Secretariat of the Republic of Adygeya.
In 1998, graduated from Adygei State University as a Law major.
In 1995-2001, was a deputy of the State Council - Khase - of the Republic of Adygeya. Also ran in the election of 2001, by was not elected.
Member of KPRF (Communist Party of the Russian Federation), member of the KPRF's Adygei Republican Organization Bureau, leader of Adygei Regional Organization of the Russian social movement NPSR (People's Patriotic Union of Russia), member of NPSR's Coordination Council.
Has been awarded five medals.
Married, three children.
