In Sochi, court marshals evict Saveliev family with children into street (+video)
Today, in Sochi, court marshals have forcibly evicted Saveliev family members from a cottage occupied by them in the village for Olympic settlers. Adults and children were forced out of the gates of the house into the street in the presence of about 20 people who came to support the Saveliev family.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that in December 2011, the Saveliev family, consisting of five people, including two children, was evicted from a barrack, which was later demolished during the construction of the Olympic road. The Saveliev family occupied one of the cottages in the village for Olympic settlers, but they were requested to vacate the housing.
The court marshals came to the Saveliev family at noon. They cut the locks on the gate and, without the bodies of guardianship, forced adults and children outside the gates of the house into the street when a shower began. Thus, the court marshals have executed the court's decision without taking into account the judge's instructions stating that the Sochi administration is obliged to provide the Saveliev family with another kind of housing.
In her interview to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent, Lyudmila Savelieva has noted that her family members will apply to the Prosecutor's Office to challenge the eviction.
