In April 2017, nine persons fell victim to armed conflict in Northern Caucasus
In March 2017, at least nine persons fell victim to the armed conflict in Northern Caucasus. Of them, seven persons were killed and two others were injured. These are the results of the calculations run by the "Caucasian Knot" based on its own materials and information from other open sources.
In April 2017, inIngushetia, four persons fell victim to the armed conflict. Of them, two were killed and two others were injured. As a result of an attack of suspected members of the armed underground, two law enforcers were killed and two civilians were injured.
In Dagestan, three persons fell victim to the armed conflict. As a result of an armed clash with law enforcers, three suspected members of the armed underground were killed.
In the Stavropol Territory, during an attempted detention, two suspected members of the armed underground were killed in the course of the following shootout.
In April 2017, inKabardino-Balkaria, Karachay-Cherkessia, the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania and in Chechnya, no victims to the armed conflict were registered.
