Law enforcers oblige activist to refuse in writing from rally in Dagestan

Today, Marat Ismailov, an organizer of the anticorruption rally in Makhachkala, has been brought to a police station. He was obliged to write a recognizance to "refuse committing unlawful acts."

"I live in Kaspiysk, and in the morning, two policemen came to my house and told me that the chief of the Kaspiysk ROVD (District Interior Division) invited me to come. They did not explain anything and submitted no official documents," reported Marat Ismailov.

The press service of the Dagestani Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) has informed the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that, according to their information, none of the organizers of the rally was brought to police stations
