Relatives of Dagestani resident complain about his kidnapping

In Makhachkala, Zaurbeg Musaev, a resident of Dagestan, was kidnapped by armed men at a bus stop. This was reported by relatives of the kidnapped man.

According to Patimat Izrailova, a resident of Makhachkala, her husband Zaurbeg Musaev was kidnapped on August 12. His whereabouts is still unknown.

At about 7:00 p.m., Zaurbeg Musaev was kidnapped at a bus stop in Imam Shamil Avenue in Makhachkala, reported Patimat Izrailova. According to the woman, she learned from eyewitnesses that a white Gazel car drove up to the bus stop.

Two men jumped out of the car, tied Zaurbeg Musaev and took him away to some unknown destination. Patimat Izrailova noted that "people who were standing not far wanted to prevent the kidnapping, but one of the attacker pointed a pistol at them."

According to the edition, family members of Zaurbeg Musaev "looked for him at the local police station, but they were told that the man was not kept by them."
