Ingush law enforcers attract geneticists to identify suicide bomber's body
In the course of an attack on the road-and-patrol service (known as DPS) checkpoint, a suicide bombing was committed by Islam Kushtov, a resident of the Karabulak town, law enforcers suggest. On November 6, in order to accurately identify the deceased suicide bomber, investigators sent the remains of his body to genetic examination.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on November 5, a suicide bomber blew up a bomb in the building of the DPS checkpoint near the village of Yandare in the Nazran District. After that, the second attacker was killed in a shootout. According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA), six policemen were injured, and one of them died of the wounds he got.
According to the preliminary information released by the secret services, the suicide bombing was committed by Islam Kushtov, a 21-year-old resident of the Karabulak town. This has been reported today by the newspaper "Obschaya Gazeta" with reference to a source from the law enforcement agencies for Ingushetia.
