Armenian soldier blown up on a mine

Soldier Arthur Danielyan blew himself up on a mine while being on duty at the border. This was reported by Artsrun Ovannisyan, the spokesman for the Armenian Ministry of Defence (MoD).

According to the Armenian MoD, the incident occurred on December 11.

"Arthur Danielyan, born in 1998, got injuries on the north-eastern section of the Armenian border," said Artsrun Ovannisyan as quoted by the "lragir.am".

The soldier stays in the hospital in a stable condition, the “tert.am" reports.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on September 1, a soldier from the Defence Army of Nagorno-Karabakh was blown up on a mine.
