Kizlyar residents tell about detentions after shooting near the church

At least two Kizlyar residents were detained in the context of the inquiry into the execution of parishioners of the local church. There was no official information to this end; however, and detainees' relatives claim their innocence and complain that they do not know the young men's whereabouts, the "Dozhd" (Rain) TV Channel reports.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on February 18, the 22-year-old Khalil Khalilov opened fire at people at the Kizlyar church. Five women died, and four people were hospitalized.

After the Kizlyar shooting, they began detaining citizens who could allegedly be involved in the crime, the "Dozhd" reports.

Thus, on February 19, the 19-year-old Magomedrasul Gadjiev was taken from his house in the village of Nekrasovka by unidentified men, who allegedly found ammunition in the house. His parents have been searching for their son for 24 hours already. According to Zugra Ikhakova, the mother, the ammunition had been planted into their house by the kidnappers.

Taisia Agupova told about the detention of her son-in-law Magomed Sagitov on February 19. Kamaldin Sagitov, his relative, is sure of his innocence.
