CTO regime lifted in Tsumada District
The counter-terrorist operation (CTO) regime, introduced in the Tsumada District of Dagestan on March 4, has been cancelled today, the Russian National Antiterrorist Committee (NAC) has stated.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported, referring to its law enforcement source, that the CTO regime was introduced for screening the forest in search for militants.
Law enforcers have completed their activities; and today at 5 p.m. Moscow time the CTO regime was lifted from the Tsumada District of Dagestan, the "Interfax" reports citing its source at the local NAC's operative headquarters.
