Observers fix ballot stuffing in Krasnodar Territory
There were numerous violations during votes counting at the Russian presidential election in the Krasnodar Territory, state the messages posted on the "Violations Map" run by the "Golos" (Vote) public movement.
On March 18, the voting took place at the presidential election in Russia. Observers reported numerous violations.
According to the preliminary voting outcomes, the incumbent Russian President Vladimir Putin won 81.35% of the votes in the Territory; Pavel Grudinin was the runner-up with 10.04% of the votes, and Vladimir Zhirinovsky took the third place with 4.57% of votes. The remaining candidates scored less than 1% of the votes each.
As of 6:30 p.m. Moscow time on March 19 and from the start of the voting day, a total of 122 violation reports from the Krasnodar Territory arrived to the website "Election Violations Map", run by the "Golos".
Many of the complaints – 32 messages – concern violations of votes counting and distortions of voting outcomes.
At several polling stations, ballot stuffing (throws-in) were video recoded.
