Fighters Khabib Nurmagomedov and Conor MacGregor exchange insults

A fighter from Dagestan Khabib Nurmagomedov and an Irishman Conor MacGregor, whose upcoming fight at the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) in the USA caused a stir among fans, accused each other of cowardice. Adulmanap Nurmagomedov, the father and the coach of the Dagestani athlete, called his son a favourite of the fight.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on April 8, Khabib Nurmagomedov, an MMA (mixed martial arts) fighter, a native of Dagestan, defeated Al Iaquinta in New York and became the first Russian champion in the history of the UFC. The fight of Nurmagomedov vs. MacGregor is scheduled for October 6; all the tickets to it were sold out in three minutes.

Prior to the fights with Al Iaquinta, Nurmagomedov had a conflict with MacGregor, who insulted him. In New York, MacGregor attacked the bus with UFC fighters inside, including Nurmagomedov.

MacGregor also insulted Khabib's father. "Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov, I see you, hiding behind an imitated respect, just like your middle son (Khabib Nurmagomedov, – note of the "Caucasian Knot"); you, a shivering coward," the Irish fighter wrote in his Instagram.

Khabib's father and coach, Adulmanap Nurmagomedov, has trained 11 world champions in combat sambo. He has been training his son from childhood.

Earlier, Khabib Nurmagomedov declared the cowardice of MacGregor himself.
