Three Navalny's supporters detained in Rostov-on-Don
The coordinator of Alexei Navalny's office in Rostov-on-Don and two activists were detained at an unsanctioned protest action held in central city.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that detentions of Navalny's supporters were held in Russian cities, in particular, in Krasnodar and Stavropol, before the announced actions against the pension reform. In Volgograd, where Navalny's supporters announced an unsanctioned protest action, four activists were detained on September 9.
Authorities in Rostov-on-Don refused to sanction the protest of Alexei Navalny's supporters scheduled for September 9, but opponents of the pension reform came to Fountain Square, where policemen detained Sergey Grivko, the coordinator of Navalny's local office, the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent has reported.
His deputy, Tatyana Sporysheva, and one volunteer were detained together with Grivko; they were all taken to a police station, says the message posted on the page "Rostov is against increase of retirement age" in the social network "VKontakte".
