Two men turned to doctors after clashes in Ingush village of Kendelen
Two villagers of Kendelen needed doctors' help after the skirmishes with the participants of the march in honour of the 310th anniversary of the Kanjali battle who broke into the village, Tamara Gerieva, an activist, has reported.
On Tuesday, September 18, residents of the village of Kendelen refused to give way to the participants of the horse tour organized in honour of the 310th anniversary of the Kanjali battle. Clashes broke out, when the pedestrian marchers with Adyg flags entered Kendelen. Local residents demanded to un-hoist the flags, but did not give way to the marchers, even when they dropped the flags, Tamara Gerieva, the secretary of the Council of Elders of the Balkar Nation (CEBN), explained to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.
According to her story, after the clashes, two men aged 74 and 52 years, had to turn to doctors.
The arriving law enforcers convinced the marchers to leave the village.
