On March 25, Abdul-Kerim Kadyrov, a cousin of the head of Chechnya, was appointed the head of the "Rosgvardia" (Russian National Guard) Department Training Centre.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on August 30, 2018, Ramzan Edilov, a fellow villager of Ramzan Kadyrov, was appointed to the post of the head of the extra-departmental security of "Rosgvardia" in Chechnya.
"Lieutenant Abdul-Kerim Kadyrov has been appointed as the head of the "Terek" Training Centre of the SOBR (Rapid Deployment Police Task Force). He is a SOBR officer; established himself only positively; and is a professional in his field," a source from the "Rosgvardia" Department for Chechnya told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent today.
The 28-year-old Abdul-Kerim Kadyrov is a cousin of the head of Chechnya on the paternal side, the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent reports.
