Chechen resident publicly apologizes for singing during a fire in a shopping centre
A resident of Chechnya apologized for posting his video after Ramzan Kadyrov had instructed his subordinates to find an author of mocking messages posted during a fire in a Grozny shopping centre. The resident of Grozny called it "an act unworthy of a Chechen man," and went out with a shovel to clean the shopping centre affected by the fire. Social networks users pointed to the predictability of public repentance.
In a video posted in the Chp_chechenya group on Instagram, a young man called himself the author of the video "Burn, burn", filmed during the fire in the shopping centre "Grand Park".
Several users of the social network wonder why such videos appear despite frequent public apologies in the republic.
The author of the video about the fire behaved inappropriately, but it was not worth humiliating him in such a way, believes local resident Apti.
The practice of forced apologies has already affected those whose actions were objectionable to the authorities of the republic. So, on October 10, 2018, a video appeared on the Internet in which Turpal Khasiev, a native of Chechnya, threw a can at the passengers sitting opposite him and cried: "Akhmat is the power." The man's act outraged the leader of Chechnya, who demanded a public apology. After that, Turpal Khasiev urgently arrived in Chechnya, and the leader of the republic said that the young man would clean the streets and plant flowers. Residents of Chechnya considered that a humiliation.
