Contract soldier of NKR's Army wounded

A soldier wounded by shelling from the Azerbaijani side is in grave condition, the Ministry of Defence (MoD) of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) has reported.

Rafael Azizyan, born in 1997, a contract serviceman of the NKR's Defence Army, received a gunshot wound from Azerbaijan, the press service of the NKR's MoD has reported.

The "Caucasian Knot" has also reported that on May 4, 2019, conscript soldier Aganik Zoroglyan of the NKR's Defence Army was wounded in the head on the border with Azerbaijan.
