Ramzan Kadyrov ceases to deny information about conspiracy
In response to a question about the conspiracy, the leader of Chechnya said that he had stopped some negotiations between officials. Ramzan Kadyrov mentioned Ibragim Temirbaev, the former Mayor of Argun, as his detractor. Kadyrov's statement contains an indirect admission that there was a conspiracy, notes Fatima, a resident of Chechnya.
Ramzan Kadyrov believes that his relative Islam Kadyrov, the former Mayor of Grozny, cannot be a traitor. The Chechen leader explained that Islam Kadyrov used tough methods to fight with swindlers.
