The police detained one of the transgender women who were attacked in Tbilisi and activist Nata Peradze, who stood up for the detainee.

On January 18, unidentified persons attacked a group of transgender women in Tbilisi. Policemen detained one of the victims and Nata Peradze, the head of the NGO "Partisans-Gardeners", who tried to help the transgender women, the "News-Georgia" reports.
